Full-Time Junior Salesforce Administrator
Job Description
The Salesforce Junior Administrator will be responsible for defining, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements, needs, and processes within Salesforce as our global CRM. The Jr. administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. This is the perfect role for a go-getter that is looking for a challenging opportunity.
The Jr. Salesforce Administrator should be able to manage multiple tasks exercising strong time management and prioritization to effectively manage workload and expectations, while meeting deadlines. Successful candidates must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and self-directed, with a passion for understanding the business and implementing technology that enables the business’s strategy.
Location: Remote within the US
What You Will Be Doing
- Drive the continuous improvement of the CRM Service platform
- Continuously review the current performance of the platform
- Manage installed packages and assist with Connected tool monitoring
- Manage and ensure that release updates are completed in a timely manner
- Identify and implement corrective actions
- Optimize Salesforce including but not limited to workflow, report formulas, approval processes, fields, dashboards, and alerts
- Ensure internal stakeholders needs/expectations are met and promote transparency through effective communications
- Apply and test configuration changes
- Conduct training sessions for users of all Salesforce experience levels
- Complete Deal Desk activities
- Assist Finance with Commission reporting
- Monitoring SalesForce Data Quality
- Continually update Sales onboarding training with new processes
- Assist with Report/Dashboard creation
Requirements
- Exposure to Salesforce administration (you understand the basics of relationships, how things work together, and business processes)
- Experience with SFDC tools like Data Import Wizard, Data Loader
- Previous experience in a support role desired (Sales Support, Deal Desk, Administrator, IT Support, etc.)
- 1-3 years of experience working with internal staff and external vendors
- Salesforce Certification preferred
- Salesforce CPQ interest
- Experience creating dynamic Reports and Dashboards
- Ability to understand business objectives and the infrastructure that supports it
- Interacts well with others
- Hungry to learn and grow in the position
