Primary Objective of Position: The Senior Manager, ERP Center of Excellence is responsible for leading a team in end-to-end lifecycle management. Accountable for strategic planning, delivery and operation of services, products and processes, as well as people leadership, vendor and contract management. They continuously innovate their product or service, and contribute to achieving IT and Enterprise Strategies and KPIs. Key Areas of Responsibility - Relationship Management: Understand the customers’ needs, and partner to deliver innovative solutions. Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Enterprise Security, Audit/Compliance and other internal groups to drive results.
- Product Management: Ensure products and services operate in a lean, stable, and adaptable manner. Ensure product delivery and operation are cost effective and within budget.
- Leadership: Lead and manage the performance and development of staff. Lead priorities and manage work performance of staff and managed contractors. Provide leadership as needed across multiple sites, and in alignment with Union or other contracts.
- Strategy and Planning: Develop, propose and manage long and mid-term strategic technology plans and roadmaps for assigned products and services
- Operations Management: Drive ongoing improvements in IT performance. Proactively prevent and support prompt restoration of service disruptions.

- Proven ability to attain and hold in-depth acumen in business process, technical knowledge, and architectural topology.
- Extensive experience in AX/ D365 ERP solutions and supporting ISVs like RFSMART, SKGLOBAL, VERTEX, etc.
- Experience with (specify a tool, process or platform, e.g. Saleforce, SAP, Kaizen, etc.)
- Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations Technical knowledge
- Managing team members through multiple implementations of ERP solutions(D365 F&O preferred) and regular support
Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Science, Business or related field, or 4 years of experience equivalent to the position.
- 10 years of experience leading teams with end-to-end service lifecycle, business process, project or product management
- 10 years of related functional experience in the Manufacturing, Finance, Sales and Service domains preferred
- 5+ years of experience utilizing Agile delivery methodologies, or DevOps practices
- 5+ years with ITIL structured Change Management practices
- 5 years of experience with strategic planning, portfolio prioritization, delivery execution, and operations.
