Summary
Priority Dispatch Corp. (“PDC”), headquartered in Salt Lake City, is a privately held unique research company that provides products and training for emergency call centers. PDC is seeking a highly detail-oriented, Administrative Assistant to join its team in Downtown Salt Lake. This position provides full support to our Client Support Services department on a wide variety of functions as listed below.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with exemplary follow through.
- Arrange conferences and meetings.
- Prepares agendas, presentations.
- Type and assembles a variety of documents including letters, memos, technical documents, emails, meeting minutes, reports, charts, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Organize and maintain files and databases (mostly cloud based) in a confidential matter.
- Assists with implementation of new systems, procedures, and policies
Qualification/Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Associate degree (A. A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred. 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong oral, written, and interpersonal communications, and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Anticipates needs, handles matters expeditiously, follows-through to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Must have high-level working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, Cloud Storage, CRM and presentation software. The ability to learn new computer systems is required.
- Must continually demonstrate poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Proven history of exceptional attendance and punctuality
