Full-Time Bilingual Behavioral Health Provider

The Connections team is looking for a Bilingual Behavioral Health Provider to fill a full time position on their Child, Adolescent and Young Adult Connections (CAYAC) team. Behavioral health providers are responsible for providing clinical assessments, brief therapy, care coordination, referrals to outside providers/agencies, and psychoeducation to families who call in seeking mental health and substance use services.
Pay Range and Status
- $61,052 to $63,600 per year DOQ
- 40 hrs/wk

Education and Experience
- Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral discipline
- A minimum of one year clinical experience in a behavioral health setting post completion of Master’s program
- Current Colorado license in a behavioral health profession and addiction counseling certification preferred
- Bilingual Skills written and oral and ability to provide clinical services in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Connections provides assistance to individuals and families who don’t know where to turn or how to navigate behavioral health services in the community.
- Connections provides interim support while individuals and families are getting connected with community providers and agencies.
- Connections gives relief to individuals and families who feel alone and overwhelmed.
- Connections answers common questions from individuals and families regarding behavioral health diagnosis, navigating health care systems, insurance coverage, etc.
