The Mill Arts Centre in Banbury, Oxfordshire UK is recruiting for a Programme & Marketing Assistant!
The Mill is a small multi-art form venue with big ambitions, situated in the thriving North Oxfordshire market town of Banbury. Our 237-seat theatre plays host to theatre, dance, comedy and music events which run alongside a packed creative learning and participation programme with a focus on both visual and performing arts.
The Programme & Marketing Assistant is a new role to support the Interim Programme & Marketing Manager in administrating and promoting all aspects of The Mill’s programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, creative and enthusiastic individual wishing to start or develop a career in arts marketing and programming. The post holder will assist on the delivery of effective marketing campaigns in line with our strategic aims, as well as providing administrative support to the programming department in all areas of its activity.
Post: Programme & Marketing Assistant (Maternity cover)
Reporting to: Interim Programme & Marketing Manager
Contract: 9 months (Maternity cover)
Hours: 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week including lunch breaks)
Salary: £16,940 (£21,175 FTE 40 hours, 32 hour contract pro rata)
Holidays: 17.5 days per year plus public holidays
