Job Description
Calibrate Legal has been retained by Fringe Professional Development (Fringe PD) to recruit a Business Operations Manager to join their growing team. The Manager will play a key operational role working closely with the executive team and client service team to drive organizational excellence.

We are seeking an experienced business operations professional to be an integral member of the Fringe PD team. The Business Operations Manager will play a critical role in managing the daily operations and administration of the organization. This role requires strong technology and project management skills along with an entrepreneurial spirit. Other responsibilities include the following: providing high-level support to the Managing Director and Founder; managing all technology systems and platforms; and overseeing all procedural aspects of recruitment, onboarding, integration, and offboarding.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with experience in operations and administrative management. Candidates will have demonstrated experience with sound judgment, thoughtful and informed decision-making, and confident leadership skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all roles within the organization are key. Candidates will have excellent communication and project management skills and a client-service focus.
To be considered for the position, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience autonomously and seamlessly managing all aspects of business operations, preferably within a professional services or start-up environment. Required equivalent experience may be considered without the required bachelor’s degree.
