JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an individual to join our Front Desk team as an Administrative Assistant, a position designed to offer exceptional service from first point of contact. The Nat Hab Front Desk team strives to instill confidence in our guests with professionalism and courtesy. The team provides support to the entire company by managing phone calls and email inquiries as well as helping to keep an orderly and organized office.
This is a full-time office position based in Louisville, CO. At Natural Habitat Adventures, we relish our casual, dog-friendly work environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The successful applicant must be able to perform the following duties capably. Additional duties may be added or assigned at any time.
· Act as the first point of contact on phones and interact with callers to quickly decipher the best team member to assist them.
· Help manage email inquiries throughout the day and direct messages to the proper team members.
· Maintain office upkeep and supplies.
· Assist with all-company events and parties.
· Help maintain company database as well as perform periodic data entry.
· Be a team player and work well in a team setting. You will be part of a small team of Administrative Assistants working together to provide exceptional service to our guests and colleagues.
· Other duties as assigned.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, service-oriented, adaptable, able to multitask, a quick learner, patient and able to work both individually and as part of a cohesive team. Proficiency with MS Office is preferred. We are looking for a driven, passionate and fun person to join our Louisville, Colorado-based team. Guest service experience to high-net-worth guests and within the travel industry is not a requirement but is a plus.
Communication Skills
Using the English language, this person must possess the ability to effectively communicate — both in
writing and orally — with a professional demeanor.

· Interpersonal skills that enable working cooperatively with all types of people: staff, guides, clients, and vendors.
· Proficient/strong in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook. Database experience is a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee is required to use a computer and phone for the majority of required tasks.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Compensation commensurate with experience: Base salary range of $35,000-$50,000 USD, plus annual bonus.
This position comes with Paid Time Off and paid holidays. Benefits include site inspection on Natural Habitat Adventures trips and pro deals on outdoor clothing. Eligibility for medical insurance, participation in 401(k) with company match and parental leave are available after a predetermined period of time.
