COMPANY PROFILE
Cape Ann Cannabis is an adult-use cannabis dispensary in Rowley, MA, that seeks to provide a safe, knowledgeable environment to assist customers 21 and older who want to try cannabis and incorporate it into a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle.
JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring to fill customer-facing roles in Security and Customer Advocacy. These roles are responsible for outstanding customer service. Additionally Customer Advocates are required to work a register in a highly regulated environment.
We value high-end customer service at Cape Ann Cannabis. Qualities and skills we are looking for in the right candidate to join our team include: active listening, attentiveness, patience, friendliness, quick thinking, fast learning, conflict resolution, ability to read physical and emotional cues, and the ability to retain knowledge of our products and services and be able to communicate that knowledge effectively to customers.
Cape Ann Cannabis is open 9am-9pm seven days a week. Team Members must be available to work evenings and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required. Associate’s Degree preferred in criminal justice, healthcare, hospitality, business management, humanities, or related field.
- Experience in customer service, cannabis retail, and/or cash handling is preferred.
- Must successfully pass an extensive background check.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
