The Role:

As the relationship owner for Voltaiq’s customers, the Associate Customer Program Manager will play a key role in the success of Voltaiq’s customers. You will guide customers along their journey through deployment, training, best practice adoption, and professional services engagements. Working alongside the customer, you will ensure that Voltaiq is making their battery development program more agile, enabling them to develop batteries or electrify their platforms quicker. You will measure the improvements that the Voltaiq platform provides them. In addition to working with the customer, you will work cross-functionally within the Voltaiq team, working with technical teams to ensure customer needs are met, providing valuable feedback to our product teams as the voice of the customer, and working alongside our sales team to highlight expansion opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supporting adoption and proliferation of existing customers to help drive engagement and customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage timely customer implementations, serving as the point of communication around project status, progress toward meeting milestone dates, and status of project issues and risks
  • Feed customer needs and requirements into product roadmap planning, working closely with the product and engineering teams.
  • Ensure ongoing customer service, technical, and other support is delivered effectively across the portfolio of clients.

 

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in STEM field
  • Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills
  • PMP or technical project management experience is a plus
