About you
As the Technology Specialist, you’ll play an important supporting role reporting to the Senior Director of Technology and Systems. You will provide tier-1 PC and Mac support organization wide. You’ll support maintaining our asset inventory and configure system setup for both PC and Mac users. You have attention to detail, familiarity with both Windows and Mac operating systems and must be a strong and effective communicator with team members across a variety of user skillsets.

Responsibilities
PC and Mac Tier 1 Support
- Handle technology support requests for our staff who are both in person and remote.
- Set up PCs and Macs for new hires and replacement devices for the organization.
Systems and Data Support
- Assist with new user profiles and monitor access levels in Salesforce.
- Address user issues as they arise.
Asset Inventory Management
- Capture serial numbers from devices and assign accordingly.
- Audit devices within the organization to ensure all inventory is captured.
Technology Learning
- Provide technology overview and orientation for all new hires in the organization.
- Serve as a support resource for new technology and system deployments.
- Develop training for onboarding and ongoing growth and education of staff on the technology and tools provided for their work.
Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications
- Candidates must be a high school graduate with 2-4 years work experience or hold Associate or Bachelor degree with 1-3 years experience.
- Experience with any of the following is a plus: Box.com or a similar content management system, Microsoft Office 365 and Google Apps.
- Experience in a mixed Apple and Microsoft environment, with the willingness and ability to troubleshoot issues on a daily basis in both operating systems
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work as a team players.
- Self-starter with high attention to detail.
- Strong time management, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Position details: This is a full-time, exempt position working on-site in the Cincinnati, OH, office. The salary range for this position is $44,000-$66,000, commensurate with experience.
