As a member of Rock Spirits, Manufacturing Division, this position is responsible for the following:
- Ensures timely operational support to the management team in meeting deadlines within established guidelines and procedures
- Acts as the contact point for all incoming customer PO’s to Rock Spirits
- Ensures the timely processing of sales orders and Rock Spirits Order Desk email correspondence with customers
- Assists Warehouse Supervisor with inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods, transport carriers scheduling & pickup, and associated forms completion and administration
- Assists in reconciling inventory as needed and accurate inventory reporting
- Liaises with the Manager Manufacturing Operations, Warehouse Supervisors, Production Supervisors and Blenders to maintain accuracy of operational information
- Maintains the accuracy of employee attendance records
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- High School Graduation
- Completion of a one-year diploma program in Office Administration from a recognized college
- One (1) year of recent experience in an administrative / logistics support role
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite including advanced level proficiency in Excel
- One (1) year of recent experience with a Manufacturing Information system such as Microsoft Dynamics including the following modules: Manufacturing Order Processing, Inventory Control, Sales Order Processing

Salary: NLC 24: $39,202.80 – $43,206.80 annually
