As a SharePoint Analyst you will have the opportunity to facilitate the creation of attractive and functional SharePoint Online sites.  Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by assisting with establishment of best practices and standards for SharePoint Online. So, what will you be doing as a SharePoint Analyst?

  • Coordinate with stakeholders from across the business to migrate legacy SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online
  • Facilitate the creation of attractive and functional SharePoint Online sites with a consistent style and brand
  • Train business partners on how to migrate files and data from legacy SharePoint sites to SharePoint Online
  • Oversee migration of multiple SharePoint Online sites at once
  • Train users on how to create impactful content
  • Edit written and visual content, when needed
  • Identify and decommission expired, unused SharePoint files and sites
  • Assist with establishment of best practices and standards for SharePoint Online
  • Perform some SharePoint administration tasks

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate about SharePoint technical information to end users with non-technical backgrounds
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt and respond positively to changes in priority
  • Willingness to assist with other Office 365 rollouts and tools
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Things we consider a plus

  • An eye for practical and visually appealing website design
  • Experience in writing and editing content for the web
  • Experience with SharePoint migration tools and other related tools such as workflows
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS)
