This is an exciting new role in a newly created Corporate Trust (CT) global training team.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will report to the Global CT L&D Manager and work as part of a global team to:

  • Create and facilitate blended training solutions for our team globally (e-learnings, instructor lead)
  • Support end to end project management of L&D trainings and deliverables (e.g. training logistics)
  • Collaboratively partner with SMEs on new L&D requests,  and complete need assessments
  • Proactively identify ways to optimize training processes/deliverables
  • Have experience of using LMS e-learning tool(s)
  • Works to create development plans to support the business needs to alleviate attrition
  • Work with managers on oversight of training and consistent development plans for all employees
  • Support ad hoc projects within the L&D team as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years Corporate Trust or related financial markets/securities industry experience.
  • Experience in Loans (syndicated, bi-lateral, real estate) very desirable
  • 2+ years experience in a training or L&D role
  • Experience training and facilitating groups of people in remote environments
  • Talented multi-tasker, can manage multiple projects/deliverables at a time
  • Naturally curious, can ask the right questions to get to a place of better understanding
  • Collaborative, enjoys working on a team
  • No ego, positive attitude, willingness to help where needed
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized
  • Adaptable, can roll with the punches in an ever-changing business environment
  • Problem solver, brings solutions to the table when roadblocks come up
  • Effective communicator, communicates clearly, directly, and with positivity
