Full-Time Affirmative Action Analyst

As an Affirmative Action Analyst, you will have the opportunity to develop affirmative action plans and handle related compliance requirements. Not only will your contributions ensure Leggett & Platt remains in compliance, but it also fortifies our reputation within the community and to our customers. So, what will you be doing as an Affirmative Action Analyst?

  • Develop location-specific Affirmative Action Plans
  • Utilize and manage multiple internal systems to accomplish Affirmative Action Plan writing and related reports
  • Gather, analyze, and correct support data
  • Monitor, facilitate and document branch location compliance with affirmative action processes, postings, outreach, and related requirements
  • Communicate and monitor affirmative action document retention for branch locations
  • Maintain electronic files to support compliance needs
  • Assist with training and communication of affirmative action requirements for branch locations
  • Assist with work related to government audits of the company’s Affirmative Action Programs
  • Provide summaries, reports and feedback to branch locations and management
  • Assist with other compliance projects/tasks as needed

 

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
  • Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of professional business experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge to work with large data sets, use basic formulas, and pivot tables
  • Demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Extremely detail oriented with highly accurate outputs
  • Unquestionable attention to confidentiality

 

Things we consider a plus:

  • Human Resources or Affirmative Action experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
