Full-Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for a super-efficient and highly organized individual to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, likes to be part of a team and also wants to get an holistic understanding of how an HR team works in a bank. The role will have great exposure to senior management and provide the opportunity to work on other projects such as Employer Branding, Diversity and Inclusion, Recruitment reporting etc.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in New York
- Assist in organization and coordination of interviews across the US. Liaising with candidates and hiring managers across all levels
- Manage the US Recruitment inbox
- Editing, formatting and posting job descriptions on various platforms and jobs boards such as LinkedIn, Onewire, Indeed, etc.
- Use LinkedIn recruiter to build pipelines of candidates and talent pools, as well as directly source candidates for a broad range of roles but mainly front office Research, Sales and Investment Banking
- Assist with the candidate journey – phone interviews, screening calls, rejection calls and interviews
- Help with candidate application data management (collecting feedback, updating details within the ATS system and ensuring data integrity)
- Assistance on Campus events and running interviews for internships and graduate programs during peak season
Your Experience:
- Excellent MS Office Skills and excellent inbox/outlook management skills
- Confidence to use the phone and to contact candidates/applicants of all levels without having spoken to them before
- Previous experience in an office or administrative environment with a high degree of coordination is an advantage; within recruitment is a plus
- An outgoing and robust personality who thrives in a fast-paced, reactive environment
- Team player who is highly-organized and can remain calm and professional under pressure whilst maintaining strong attention to detail
- Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) would be an advantage, Avature a plus
- Proactive and motivated to learn
