We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a full-time hourly Benefit Systems Analyst within our health benefits team in Human Resources to help support our business. As a Benefit Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to provide analytical and administrative support for our Company’s health benefits with focus on eligibility and enrollment activities while working closely with the benefit admin technology and payroll systems. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our employees’ lives. The team you will be working with is smart, caring, close knit, and values hard work, accuracy, and helping each other as needed.
So, what will you be doing as a Benefit Systems Analyst?
- Work with benefit admin system/technology (Businessolver) and the HR benefits team to administer health benefit programs
- Ensure accuracy of benefit system and payroll records
- Compile and review detailed reports to compare and balance benefit deductions
- Analyze data in large, detailed Excel workbooks
- Assist with benefit related audits, reporting, and documentation
- Monitor benefit admin system for technical errors, determine root cause, and track resolutions
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Previous experience with benefits enrollment and/or payroll systems
- Proficient in Excel, including use of functions and formulas: vlookups, pivot tables, etc.
- Technical aptitude to learn new technologies/systems
- Strong background in data handling, analysis, reporting and systems analysis
- Must be a team player with great communication, analytical, and customer service skills
