We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager – Field to join our team!

 

As our Project Manager, you will drive project execution across a portfolio of projects within the Commercial Support teams and across a variety of customer accounts.  Candidates will benefit from a strong understanding of diagnostic equipment and lab processes. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in parallel, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

 

How You’ll Contribute

  • Own and drive projects to support technical scale up at early access sites, including initial training and installation, establishing key applications, and managing deployment of improvements/fixes to sites
  • Assist in the creation of core processes to support early access and eventually routine operations
  • Facilitate creation and alignment of project plans and deployment schedules across R&D and commercial groups
  • Responsible to ensure project success, tracking deliverables, timeline, budget and reporting KPIs
  • Engage cross-functional teams to determine project risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Execute robust communication plans across stakeholders
  • Present project plans to senior management and provide regular updates throughout the project management lifecycle to effectively manage expectations of progress against planned commitments
  • Drive quality and process continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work independently on multiple projects and effectively communicate to project stakeholders

 

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • BS or MS in technical degree. Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Molecular Biology or Biochemistry are most relevant.
  • 2+ Years experience in project management, operations leadership, continuous improvement and strategic planning
  • Demonstrated skills in leading medium to large projects
  • Experience in implementing and leveraging metrics
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic work environment and shifting demands
  • Extremely strong communication, interpersonal skills and customer focus
