Job Description
Coordinate and plan the flow of information and facilitate resolution to customer related requests for gas related inquiries including; gas main extensions, new gas services, and additional load requests. Assists supervisory staff with coordination and planning of company driven gas projects associated with the inspection, maintenance and replacement of the gas distribution system. Prepares associated documents and ensures project tracking data bases are accurately maintained. Collaborates with co-workers and personnel from other departments to insure the effectiveness and efficiencies of internal processes and to provide satisfactory service to customers. Ensures that all work activities and interactions with customers and co-workers reflect the highest standards for conduct and professionalism.
