CRM and Insights Manager

Full-time Regular

The CRM and Insights Manager is responsible for running day to day operations of CRM. This includes meeting with users and teams to make ease of use for the CRM tool as simple as possible while also maintaining and developing processes for sales, service, and data management. Responsibilities also include consistent monitoring of organizational KPIs (including lifetime value and return on investment) as well as doing deep dives into consumer behaviors to understand emerging interests of our different fan personas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 CRM

  • Contact management and data hygiene for multiple departments
  • Development and implementation of ticket sales and sponsorship platforms to support revenue team
  • Onboarding of partnership service team into CRM
  • Management of telephony software and process
  • Extraction and importing of key data into warehouse
  • Develop and lead strategy for future CRM customizations both native to the tool and with new integrations

Insights

  • Analysis into customer behavior patterns and correlations that impact other business initiatives
  • Create a process to effectively calculate demand, interest, and value of Vikings initiatives
  • Effectively communicate strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Data Analyst on effective survey outreach
  • Lead process for research to support partnership initiatives with consumer information and analysis

Other

  • Support the Analytics and Strategy team as needed on game days and with ad-hoc requests
  • Work with Data Analyst to acquire and onboard a robust predictive framework to be utilized by the Vikings Sales & Marketing staff

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience working with CRM tools, relational databases, data visualization, or related areas
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and organization skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or a similar tool
  • Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
  • Experience with research/survey tools is a plus
  • Experience with marketing automation tool (i.e.: Selligent, Marketo, Salesforce) a plus
  • Experience with ticketing system a plus (i.e. Archtics, AXS, Tickets.com)
  • Previous experience coaching or managing is a plus
  • Previous modeling experience is a plus
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively in groups
