Full-Time Publishing Producer

Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to plan and execute the publishing and promotion of The Banner Saga Trilogy? Our team at Stoic, 4-time BAFTA nominated independent video game company, is seeking an experienced Producer to help manage and organize our publishing pipelines for The Banner Saga. In this position, you will work autonomously to support Stoic’s self-publishing efforts on 10+ platforms and digital storefronts.

What You Will Do:
Work with leadership to create publishing plans for Banner Saga. This includes creating annual plans around sales events.
Manage Banner Saga storefronts such as Steam, Epic, Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo, Apple, Google, and others.
Actively seek out and utilize promotional opportunities on storefronts.
Process and validate monthly payments received from storefronts.
Process, report, and pay quarterly Banner Saga royalties to qualified recipients.
Manage customer service processes and staff.
Process refund requests on some storefronts.
Monitor product reviews to maintain high rating. Manage ongoing social media engagement via dedicated staff.
Manage and update merchandise store on a regular basis to increase revenue and engagement, while actively managing inventory.
Maintain and present Banner Saga performance reporting on various storefronts and social media engagement.

Need to Have:
3+ years of project management experience.
Experience with first party console submission processes (TRC’s, certification, timelines etc.)
Proficient with typical project management related tools.
Self-motivated and autonomous. Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, maturity under pressure, and the ability to work remotely.
Collaborative by nature, quickly and easily builds relationships, ensures open dialogue, engenders trust and partners well amongst diverse teams to deliver results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and highly organized
