Position Summary

The Tech Interactive is seeking a highly organized and flexible professional with experience with recruitment and administrative systems.  The Human Resources Staff & Volunteer Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for planning recruitment of staff and volunteer positions, staying on top of requisitions, and planning and implementing online and in-person recruitment efforts. This position works in tandem with the HR and Volunteer Services Department and assists with any daily administrative tasks.  This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Training & Business Operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment process (for staff and volunteer positions). This includes staying on top of our job description database and keeping interview procedures current.
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Track responses and make adjustments based on success.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including training other staff on how to use the system.
  • Track and manage employee leave process including staying on top of all required letters and notifications.
  • In conjunction with the HR and Volunteer Services Department maintain current administrative systems by inputting data, making corrections and running reports.

 

Qualifications:

  • Four year degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Prior experience with various aspects of recruitment
  • Prior knowledge of HR databases or administrative systems is a plus
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Social media recruiting skills preferred
