Job Description
Premier Talent Partners is seeking a Client Services Associate to join our client’s Med-Tech organization in either Tempe, AZ OR Salt Lake City, UT (although 100% remote). In this role, you will deliver technical configurations to implement customer platform updates for our client’s entire book of business across direct clients and channel partners. The primary focus will be to ensure complete scoping of customer decisions and changes to benefits from one calendar year to the next. This role is part of a larger Professional Services organization and partners with Customer Success Managers, Engagement Strategy, Product, and Data Management to bring customer configuration decisions to fruition with a focus on scalability. Responsibilities:
- Configure suite of Wellness and Care Guidance products using internal tools
- Deliver high quality, detailed configurations by agreed-upon timelines
- Assist in investigating and solving product issues related to configuration
- Partner with internal teams to ensure understanding and complete scoping and timely delivery of product configurations
- Continuous contribution to process improvement
- Guide customers and other internal teams as to best practices
- Run internal testing of product configurations; gather feedback from the customer and/or internal teams and implement requested changes
- Assist in delivering language launches and updates to customers
- Work with third parties to define and test data ingestion
- Experience working with mobile applications
- Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs
Qualifications:
- Skilled and organized project manager; someone who loves driving projects to completion
- Relentlessly dedicated to the quality and improvement of quality of your own work
- Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and risks
- Effective communicator, both verbal and written, that conveys status, blockers, and issues to stakeholders
- Experience with using MySQL to retrieve data from databases
- SOFTWARE: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite & Jira, and displays an understanding of Agile processes
