We allow our investors to buy portions of properties instead of entire ones or get exposure to multiple properties via third party funds or our proprietary REITs. About Your Role:
RealtyMogul is seeking an intelligent, motivated, detail-oriented, productive Corporate Recruiter to help support our growing team. This will be an exciting, fast-paced job, staffing for our online real estate investment marketplace. We’re one of the fastest growing, most successful crowdfunding investment sites and we’re looking for a rock star recruiter to champion an efficient and compliant talent acquisition process. This role will report to our Human Resources Associate.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop a company-wide recruitment strategy in partnership with leadership and clearly define sourcing strategies and expectations
- Work with the hiring managers to determine hiring requirements for open positions; write descriptions and job scorecards and lead candidates through the RealtyMogul hiring process Manage recruiting software and users
- Source candidates of all professional experience levels, entry level to senior management
- Screen resumes for other traits or backgrounds ideal for the RealtyMogul culture
- Conduct phone calls and interviews with candidates
- Organize interview schedules for candidates
- Administer assessments, if applicable, for candidates
- Assist with other HR and Recruiting project duties as assigned
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting and hiring employees at all levels in a fast-paced startup environment preferred
- Experience recruiting for Commercial Real Estate and/or Technology required.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Knowledge and use of resume database tools and social networking tools like Facebook and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
