We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Account Manager to join our team of versatile storytellers and marketers who are professionally dedicated to their passions for food, wine, and travel.
Responsibilities:
- Offer client facing social media strategy and campaign development, content production & publishing, paid media management (on social media channels), and data-driven reporting that ladders up to client goals
- Develop and implement strategic direction for client accounts, advise clients on best platforms to leverage to meet their specific goals
- Execute strategy in specialized areas such as social media community management, copywriting, influencer marketing, and all levels of organic and paid social media
- Lead client accounts and social projects; manage time effectively against client scope and retainer
- Manage delegation to supporting team members, oversee and review team member work and implement quality controls; provide learning opportunities and support team member growth
- Effectively communicate about social media, strategy, and reporting/results to clients less proficient in this space
- Attend and lead client meetings, and actively participate in new business proposal development and presentations
- Collaborate with PR team members where relevant to create impactful, integrated marketing campaigns that meet client goals
- Review and assist in research, reporting, content creation and page and community management
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Attend relevant events/content opportunities/etc.

- Extensive knowledge in social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter) and branded content
- Experience engaging with senior executives on strategy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other platforms such as the Adobe Suite, Later, Minter, etc. to be able to communicate effectively, create content, and report results, for client work
- Adaptable, solution-oriented, and resourceful when tackling challenges and obstacles
- An overall passion for the hospitality lifestyle industries – restaurants, travel/destinations/hotels, wine & spirits. Must be able to communicate in a clear and professional manner.
