Full-Time Digital Marketing Manager

JK is looking for an experienced integrated digital marketer and strategic thinker to join our digital marketing team. You’ll develop multichannel digital plans and manage digital performance campaigns for key clients, juggling tight timelines and competing priorities.

You’ll need to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of our clients’ business challenges and collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams. You should have a keen eye for detail, expert-level multitasking skills, and a passion for digital innovation, marketing, and technology.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build integrated campaigns and data strategies for clients across various industries.
  • Audit and develop paid and organic social media insights and content calendars.
  • Analyze data to inform planning decisions.
  • Develop client-specific market and competitive research insights.
  • Develop audience insights using available tools and resources in order to build personas and journey maps.
  • Identify the optimal channel/platform mix to deliver on clients’ KPIs.
  • Forecast campaign performance (e.g., marketing ROI).
  • Work closely with internal (creative, new business, accounts) and external (vendors and other partners) teams on overall strategy, planning, and execution of client campaigns.
  • Assist the director of digital marketing with strategic execution and new business pitches.
  • Ensure ongoing client support, account growth, and retention for existing and new business.

 

Expectations

  • Take ownership of projects under the direction of the director of digital marketing and with the support of the digital marketing team and other agency resources.
  • Create solutions that challenge the status quo.
  • Demonstrate continuous understanding of integrated digital marketing strategy and tactical execution and continue to develop this expertise.
  • Communicate and collaborate seamlessly with team members across all departments and disciplines.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, vendors, and other external partners.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience in digital marketing  across digital channels, including experience in the B2B space.
  • Media/marketing agency or in-house digital marketing experience required.
  • In-depth knowledge of specific digital channels and capabilities, including paid and organic social, paid and nurture email (CRM), programmatic, PPC/SEM, content syndication, etc.
  • Knowledge of website analytics and best practices.
  • Understanding of KPI measurement within each stage of the RACE funnel.
  • Understanding of digital strategy, planning, and execution across display, search, social, mobile, and emerging channels such as connected TV and programmatic.
  • Understanding of machine learning, AI, and data utilization in the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Highly numerate; very comfortable with data analysis, with the ability to identify client trends and opportunities.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Hubspot, and Marketo preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in engaging and managing vendors, freelancers, and other external partners.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines and deliverables on an ongoing basis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

 

Location

Currently, this is a remote/work-from-home position. When conditions allow, this position will be based at our offices in Hillsborough, NJ. No relocation reimbursement is available. Occasional travel throughout the NJ/NY/PA area (and sometimes beyond) may be required in the future.
