Full-Time Ecommerce Solutions Strategist

We are looking for an Ecommerce enthusiast, who has a deep understanding of Shopify platforms and strong client partnership skills. This role will plan and lead discovery processes for new Ecommerce build outs and confidently provide solutions and recommendations.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and lead discovery processes for new Ecommerce build outs and run site audits for existing stores
  • Participate in sales calls, pitches, and provide real time solutions for clients
  • Speak with clients to understand business requirements and translate those into design and technical requirements
  • Design and execute all features of roadmap and prepare reports to be presented to key stakeholders and interpret all data in coordination with department leads
  • Incorporate best practices to design effective strategies and assist internal team to implement strategy and analyze all information
  • Collaborate with internal teams for implementation recommendations
  • Oversee Ecommerce strategy development across multiple projects
  • Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance

You Are:

  • 5+ years experience in an Ecommerce marketing role with an emphasis on strategy development in a digital agency environment
  • Have deep understanding of the Shopify platform as well as the Shopify app ecosystem, Shopify themes, Shopify APIs, and Liquid template language
  • Knowledge of Ecommerce best practices and of industry trends
  • Experience in defining the direction, experience, functionality, and marketing services of either a new or existing online offering
  • Experience in forecasting, merchandising strategy, and user journeys
  • Ability to use data to optimize all aspects of the customer experience, including promotion, checkout flow, order management, and more
  • Experience taking test and learn approaches to predict impact and deploy superior Ecommerce solutions
  • Self – starting and inquisitive
  • Capable of thinking analytically and in a structured way
  • Know how to pose a hypothesis and how to defend your thesis with researched arguments
  • Like to learn and share your knowledge and take great care of expressing your story in precise, concise and understandable way
