Volunteering & Pathways Coordinator

Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: Circa £21,046 dependent on experience
Location: SPORTPARK, Loughborough
Reporting to: Head of Volunteering & Pathways

Swim England is the national governing body for swimming in England.
We help people learn how to swim, enjoy the water, and compete in our sports of swimming, diving, water polo and synchronised swimming.

We are seeking a Volunteering & Pathways Coordinator to join our Volunteering & Pathways team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate must:
• Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Have knowledge of Volunteer Management & Sport Development
• Be able to adapt their approach dependent on the audience
• Demonstrate strong administration skills, with the ability to manage varied administrative tasks
• Be capable of creating reports & presentations
• Have experience of website maintenance
