The Vice President – Sales will be responsible for leading the sales strategy implementation while driving sales targets, efficiency, hiring, compliance and culture. This role will directly manage and provide mentorship to Flyhomes sales leaders.

What You’ll Do 

  • Deliver on the company’s efficiency and growth objectives; Experiment and develop winning sales strategies to improve revenue growth.
  • Build and scale sales teams to effectively achieve revenue targets in both existing and expansion markets.
  • Drive scalable growth by building repeatable processes, best practices and optimal organizational design.
  • Work with marketing and product to maximize team success – from campaigns and content to informing the product roadmap to meet sales needs.
  • Mentor and coach sales leadership to encourage professional development of the sales staff.
  • Engage cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, compliance and sales operations to execute corporate strategies across the brokerage.
  • Use data analytics to drive sales strategies and philosophies across the sales teams.
  • Work with marketing and product to maximize team success – from campaigns and content to informing the product roadmap to meet sales needs.
  • Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
  • Hire, nurture and performance manage a team of world-class sales talent
  • Remain knowledgeable on relevant market and industry trends, competition and compliance requirements
  • Model company values and professional ethics and hold yourself and others to the highest degree of integrity

What You’ll Bring 

  • Ten or more years of relevant business development and sales management experience
  • Solid experience in business development and relevant sales environments
  • Strong operational experience and understanding how to drive a data and KPI driven business
  • Technology and real estate industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency with G Suite and MS Office Suite
