Job Description
The Corporate Operational Risk Management team is responsible for developing and generating enterprise level Operational Risk updates for Executive Management, the Board, regulators and the broader community managing operational risks. This role will assist with developing a strategic reporting approach, and drive execution and implementation of enhanced OR reporting.

Design and produce operational risk reporting at the enterprise level according to senior management requirements and expectations.
Improve synthesis of operational risk information shared with senior management
Analyze data in order to prepare reports related to key operational risk indicators (e.g., trend analysis, supporting commentary, etc.) (i.e., Key Performance Indictor reporting, Risk Appetite Reporting, Emerging Operational Risks)
Assist with managing the Operational Risk Committee
Assist with responses to regulatory inquiries, create dashboards and participate on special projects as needed
Provide leadership, coordination, and/or support for CORM and Risk and Compliance transformation activities, as required
Key Skills and Knowledge

The individual must have a comprehensive understanding of operational risk
Solid analytical skills to synthesize, validate, and analyze data and metrics
Ability to think critically, analyze, prioritize, take initiative, and problem-solve
Self-motivated individual who can take initiative and manage work independently to meet demanding deadlines
Quick learner with excellent communication skills, team orientation, and ability to work with counterparts in different areas of the organization and locations
Strong organizational skills and an aptitude for detail
Excellent written and verbal communications are critical in this role due to the interaction with senior management
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Bachelor’s degree is required
10+ years of Risk experience
