As a Therapist Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing instruction, support, and oversight to your multidisciplinary team to ensure quality service for outpatient mental health and SUD programs. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities and or Competencies required to successfully perform the work:  General knowledge and experience in providing direct client care for substance abuse/mental health clients. Ability to communicate effectively with various medical and clinical disciplines. Demonstrated ability to complete assessments and to analyze data to identify appropriate actions. Demonstrated ability to utilize continuous improvement techniques and quality research methods to optimize overall program operation. Demonstrated communication skills and an understanding of personnel and departmental policies. Ability to coordinate, delegate and problem solve. Ability to instruct and train in designated areas to support the program. Demonstrate good oral and written skills and abilities for communication, supervision and evaluation of client care, program objectives and staff performance.

Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited college/university with major course work related to substance abuse, mental health, social work, counseling and psychology or related human service field.

License(s)/Certification(s): Must be licensed in the State of Idaho as an LPC or LMSW; LCPC or LCSW highly preferred.

Experience: Recent program experience, preferably in an outpatient/residential health setting. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in management and/or operational management.

  • Pay: Salaried/Exempt; $54,080 – $62,400 annually
