Full-Time Test Technician – 2100000S

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Test Technician to join our team specializing in hydrogen fuel cell power systems technology for our #NewPower Business Unit in Mississauga, Ontario.

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

* Lead commissioning of fuel cell power modules, fuel cell stacks and other products or project deliverable.

* Carry out day to day commissioning and testing of fuel cell power modules, stacks, other products, and project units.

* Works with engineering to reviews and updates commissioning and testing procedures.

* Monitor and update the status on fuel cell, FCPM and other product commissioning tests.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot product testing issues.  Capture all issues in the QIN and NC processes. Isolate NC materials

* Maintain, calibrate, and fix broken test stands and test equipment

* Process and analyze the test data, prepare the test reports with the ability to present information in a clear and organized manner.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

* College level certificate in electrical, mechanical, and/or chemical technology.

* Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.

* ‘Hands on’ experience is required.

* Experience reading schematics and assembling electrical components.

* Strong analytical capabilities and proven problem-solving abilities.
