(THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE)

As a Technical Recruiter at Cboe, you will lead the flawless execution and delivery of Talent Acquisition services by partnering with HR and business leaders. You will be charged with developing an understanding of our business, strategy, and our culture to develop Talent Acquisition sourcing plans and solutions. You will collaborate with others to drive the continued evolution and improvement of recruitment services and diversity hiring strategies, as well as candidate and hiring manager experience initiatives.

No stranger to working in a fast-paced environment, you manage multiple competing priorities with ease, while ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience for every requisition. You are a seasoned recruiter who proactively sources high potential candidates at all levels and has experience driving diversity hiring efforts.

  • Partnering with leaders in the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to attract talent

  • Owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, leading first-in-kind searches, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience.

  • Leveraging data and analytics to report on hiring progress to business leaders on a regular cadence

  • Consistently communicate with candidates and set clear expectations to ensure a positive experience

  • Sourcing top talent using recruitment tools and websites such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Out

  • Creating strategic plans for sourcing diverse candidates

  • Developing and maintain trusting and collaborative relationships with hiring managers, leadership teams and other internal stakeholders.  

  • Delivering innovative approaches to identify talent delivery channels for experienced hires, including active and passive candidates

Your career journey looks like this

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or another related discipline

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a talent acquisition professional

  • Experience hiring technical and financial talent highly preferred

  • Expert level knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components, including search strategy, sourcing, engagement, qualification, assessment, candidate relationship management, compensation, and onboarding

  • Customer orientation focus by providing an excellent candidate experience and hiring manager experience
