SUMMARY
Serves as an implementation analyst with expertise in reading and troubleshooting XML data returned from a web service and responsible for the implementation of Black Knight’s DIS (Desktop Integration Services) product. DIS pulls info from both Bankruptcy/Foreclosure and the Invoicing product and the ideal candidate will have experience in one or both of these products.
This position is 100% work from home with no travel expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as liaison between clients and the information technology organization during implementation projects to meet specific client requirements
Expertly researches and documents client needs and production issues, troubleshoots and reads XML data returned from a web service
Analyzes system impacts to client environments and procedures and provides recommendations on best practices and changes in technology accordingly
Works on several implementations at once for multiple clients (60-90 day implementation cycles)
Consults directly with the client resolves client issues in a professional manner
Estimates work effort for implementation projects and ensures the projected is successfully completed
Performs other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Requires 7+ years of analytical and/or technical consulting experience
Experience working in a technical client facing role
Ability to read, interpret and troubleshoot XML data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bankruptcy/Foreclosure (BK/FC) and/or Invoicing product experience (strongly desired)
Web services experience
Ability to work on several revenue generating client commitments simultaneously
Mortgage industry experience (Servicing)
Experience with Black Knight products, services, and capabilities
Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
Although target pay range may vary by work location, a representative pay range for Colorado residents is: $85,000 – $105,000. Eligible to participate in medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and disability insurance, 401(k) plan and employee stock purchase plan. Eligible to participate in the discretionary annual performance bonus.
