Hearst Content Agency is a dynamic, exciting part of the business to work in. We are passionate about creating content with purpose. The Agency creates bespoke print and digital content for brands, which we can distribute to owned channels and beyond. Specifically, our core skills are in making magazines, web and social content, video, photography and audio.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a client-facing role working within the ASDA account management team supporting the delivery of multi-channel content solutions. You will work closely with the Hearst Content Agency account managers and content teams, supporting them in tasks across print and digital projects, as well as shoot production.

·        General account management support including preparing for meetings, producing contact reports and other administrative tasks

·        Commissioning photographers, food stylists and prop stylists for shoots

·        Supporting shoot production process including tracking samples and booking couriers

·        Managing product nomination process for magazines

·        Managing packshot image downloads

·        Uploading each full magazine PDF and all images for the client, as well as Issuu.com as a digital edition

·        Assisting with client requests for image reuse

·        Supporting the account management team on adhoc projects and tasks across print and digital as required

 

ABOUT YOU

·        You will have a passion for and interest in content marketing

·        You will be keen to get involved in the hands-on production process

·        High level of organisational skills and a proactive nature

·        Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

·        You will have great written and verbal communication

·        You will have experience using MS Office and be adept at learning new systems
