Full-Time Supply Chain Strategy Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Strategy Manager to join our team specializing in Strategy for our Corporate Business Unit in Columbus, IN / your remote home office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
– Sponsors strategic sourcing projects to support growth strategy and build stakeholder relationships that enable project execution.
– Works with Supply Chain leadership to develop long-term operating model strategy for engines and components
– Drives global, cross-functional and cross-BU collaboration to develop and guide long-term purchasing strategies that align to and support CMI’s overall growth.
– Drives solutions to strategic problems that fall outside of past experience through a top-down, hypothesis-driven approach with frequent iteration that evolved with diverse learnings gathered through the course of the project.
– Demonstrates independence and insightfulness through objectively approaching problems with creativity and appropriate development and use of frameworks
– Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
– A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
– 10+ years of relevant professional experience or 5+ years with an MBA is required
– Prior supply chain or relevant consulting experience.
– Experience working for a large industrial or international company
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
