Student Performance Manager  

£23,697 – £24,268 per annum 

37 hours per week 

The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day 

52 weeks per annum 

Common Leys Farm Campus 

Permanent We are seeking to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic person to work with students in Landbased Industries (LBI) at the Common Leys Farm Campus, to track and monitor their progress, on our full time Futures programs. This is a varied role and requires a dedicated individual, keen to help young people studying at Levels 1 to 3 to succeed and achieve their full potential. Some experience of supporting learners with high and complex needs would be beneficial. The subject areas students’ study are Animal, Equine and Agriculture. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with teaching staff to ensure that all students progress into relevant employment, further or Higher Education as well as developing skills essential to life after education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. LBI is an innovative faculty, home to hundreds of passionate and enthusiastic students, and a successful team of talented and experienced lecturers, instructors, and support staff. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality teaching, learning and assessment, enriching our students though a wide variety of activities, industry placements and visits. There will also be an opportunity to undertake the AET- Award in Education and Training to further personal development. 

Although a teaching qualification is an advantage, training opportunities exist within the College and we can support you in gaining your Award in Education and Training Level 3 Qualification (AET), within your first year of joining the college.
