Full-Time Staff Accountant

Job Description

As a Staff Accountant you will have the opportunity to participate in accounting department functions at the plant level.  The team you will be working with is laid back, and values working together and understanding the bigger picture.

So, what will you be doing as a Staff Accountant?

  • Manage weekly intercompany sales clearing
  • Researching variances in intercompany sales
  • Reconcile weekly intracompany transactions
  • Own month end close journal entries
  • Reconcile balance sheets
  • Ad hoc requests as directed by leadership

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • BS in Accounting
  • Knowledge of Accounting and GAAP principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and word
  • Experience with Dynamics 365
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • 1-3 years in financial accounting experience
