Full-Time Stack Build Technician – 2100000Q

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Stack Build Technician to join our team specializing in hydrogen fuel cell power systems technology for our #NewPower Business Unit in Mississauga, Ontario.

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

* Assembles components to make a fuel cell stack

* Record material information data.

* Operate an H-Frame hydraulic press.

* Connect and disconnect leak checking apparatus.

* Disassemble the fuel cell stack for troubleshooting.

* Help other employees with bipolar plate preparation and post build operations.

 

 

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

* High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

* Manual dexterity to assemble fuel cell stack components and record data.

* Ability to operate a hand pumped hydraulic press.

* Ability to operate an electronic torque wrench and record data.

* Ability to connect/disconnect leak checking apparatus and record data.

* Manual dexterity to handle and place fragile components.

* Excellent skills in counting and remembering component placement.

* Competency using an electronic torque wrench.
