Full-Time Sr Specialist, Incident Management Coordinator (Treasury)

Job Description

As Incident Management Coordinator within Corporate Treasury, you will work and partner closely with the Asset Liability Management Reporting teams, Liquidity Regulatory Reporting teams, Corporate Technology and various stakeholders across the Treasury and Finance organization. The primary focus for this role include:

  • Acting as an anchor to coordinate across all teams/stakeholders to properly manage root cause analysis of liquidity data incidents, perform impact assessments, drive resolution, and effective communication related to the incident.
  • Scheduling triage huddles with key stakeholders to make critical operational decisions and notifications to the FRB
  • Self-sufficiently managing end-to-end communication, delivery, and resolution of each data incident in an expedited manner

To fulfill this role the Incident Management Coordinator will be required to:

  • Translate business requirements into an executable operating model for management, tracking, and remediation of liquidity data incidents
  • Fulfill program governance requirements including senior stakeholder management, steering forum leadership, and administration of key project documents for internal quality assurance and audit reviews
  • Manage all notifications of incidents that impact the Liquidity Data Supply Chain
  • Notify relevant distribution lists and assign action items to relevant teams
  • Gather relevant resources to assess, monitor, remediate knock on impacts of the incident
  • Coordinate and help drive prioritization of remediation activities and decisions required to establish “Path to Green”
  • Work with impacted stakeholders to determine interim/strategic action plan ( e.g., manual intervention, re-run using previous day’s data, etc.)
  • Coordinate all impacted stakeholders to drive critical business decisions that may require external notifications (e.g., Refiling, communication to FRB, etc.)
  • Chair and schedule huddles throughout the day/week to manage the incident across the supply chain
  • Coordinate notifications to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Integrate with Issue Management and Remediation Process to document incident and appropriate strategic response
  • Adapt to leadership demands and understand how dependencies/decisions impact other parts of the business
  • Anticipate regular interface with senior leaders across enterprise-wide projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor‘s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 7-10  years of total work experience preferred
  • Experience with Financial Risk functions (e.g. Compliance, Ops Risk, Technology Risk, Enterprise Risk) a significant plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including senior management communication
  • Conflict resolution in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to drive results autonomously and escalate properly
  • Ability to work in a time sensitive environment and handle and/or prioritize multiple urgent tasks simultaneously across multiple time zones
  • Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills working across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Intellectually curious and interested in the future of financial services
  • Quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills
