Full-Time Sr. Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role:

RealSelf is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join the Consumer Marketing team. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing consumer growth programs, including identifying opportunities and building the overall strategy, target audience, positioning, consumer experience, and financial model/pricing). As well as refining new products and features and working cross-functionally (product, content, creative, PR) to build and execute programs, go to market launch campaigns, optimizations and iterations. From new customer acquisition to loyalty programs, services, and events – you are a growth hacker.


A successful candidate must be able to work both at the strategic level (interpreting consumer behavior and preferences, industry, and marketing trends to generate bold, innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (analyzing traffic and conversion data, proposing new product features, and creating new processes). You live for numbers and quantifiable results; you love trends (customer, media, martech & tech at large) and uncovering emerging opportunities to drive experimentation along with practical constructs to drive scalable impact. This candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of the marketing funnel and possess excellent project management and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success.

In this role, you will: 

  • Be the voice and champion of new concepts that help unlock and drive accelerated growth with consumers via monetization opportunities.
  • Continuously develop and test new consumer engagement tactics and virtual/hybrid/in-person events that meet consumer needs while generating new revenue. 
  • Own work streams across multiple cross-functional teams to get products to market, including customer segmentation and positioning, product offering, roadmap, and prioritization.
  • Refine and test new iterations of a consumer purchase and loyalty program that gamifies engagement and repeat traffic.
  • Development of product positioning and customer-facing strategy, including integrated go-to-market launches. 
  • Own campaign strategy and execution from end-to-end: planning, collaboration with channel owners (email, PR, community, paid marketing, Creative), reporting, and optimization to maximize business impact.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedules; collaborate effectively across teams to define goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables.

About You – 

You may be the right fit if you have: 

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or product marketing management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Demonstrated ownership (goals, budgets, deliverables) and success (KPIs) developing and optimizing consumer acquisition through loyalty programs.
  • Experience with Consumer Lifecycle management
  • Experience partnering with Analytics/BI/Data Science to create and activate consumer segmentation & engagement models.
  • Experience leading go-to-market consumer monetization product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including product management, marketing, creative, and PR teams.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, strategic, and competing priorities simultaneously.


Other: A writing exercise will be required for selected candidates. A portfolio representing your work is welcome.


Travel: Occasional travel (<10%) may be required in the future


Work Environment:

This role is open to fully remote candidates in most states. Working remotely from a primary residence outside the United States is currently not permitted.
