Supports the daily operations of desktop software and hardware by providing assistance through face to face, phone, and email requests in resolving technology support issues for Black Knight Executives. Configures and installs new technology while also providing maintenance by repairing, upgrading and backing up existing Windows and MAC technology.


  • Provides dedicated desktop support for Executives.
  • Maintains Windows and MAC desktop software, hardware, and supports mobile workforce.
  • Provides support to users for basic software and hardware of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems.
  • Involved in the installation and rollout of new Mac or Windows software packages, upgrades and new desktop hardware.
  • Troubleshoots problems using knowledge base articles and checklists as guides.
  • Supports in-office users as well as remote users across other offices.
  • Documents problems and resolutions.
  • Consults with and makes recommendations to users on selection of hardware and software products to address business requirements.
  • May perform end-user training.
  • Occasional after-hours support may be expected.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.


  • VIP (Executive) support experience required
  • Experience with Windows OS and MAC hardware and software required
  • Experience with iOS / iPhone support highly desired
  • Experience Office365 required
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Cisco VPN, Microsoft Defender, and / or IBM BigFix a plus
  • Experience with ServiceNow a plus
  • Understanding of basic network troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Asset Inventory and Hardware encryption a plus
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to develop partnership-oriented relationships with business executives and functional leaders
  • Ability to determine escalation practices
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with focus on timeliness, documentation, and communications with peers and business users alike.
  • Ability to listen and communicate with clients to effective solve issues and provide excellent customer support
  • Results oriented, business focused, and successful at interfacing across multiple organizational units

Enterprise Support Technician IV

Expert level role. Provides maintenance and support for varied, highly complex client products that require expertise in multiple technical environments and specific business area(s). Recognized as an expert internally and often provides strategic direction, guidance and integration of products and services. Works on multiple projects concurrently as a project team member and frequently as a lead on projects requiring tier 3 support. May coach and/or mentor more junior technical staff. Typically requires seven (7) years of experience in supporting desktop software and hardware products and problem solving/troubleshooting.
