Full-Time Sous Chef
We are an established group whose restaurants include Lobos Meat and Tapas and Rasa Sayang. Our company is expanding with a new Singaporean restaurant – the first of its kind in London.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. No experience with Singaporean or Asian cuisine is necessary, just an interest in learning about the flavours and culture.
We are offering a salary of up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience, plus bonuses.
The ideal candidate would have the following qualities:
At least 2 years’ experience at the CDP level or 1 year experience at sous chef level
Prepared to support the Head Chef in the pre-opening phase of the restaurant
Keen to take on a leadership role in managing inventory, ordering and training
Well-versed in health and safety
An interest in Singaporean flavours and a desire to deliver exceptional dishes
Strong leadership and communication skills
