The Dribbble Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and executing an engaging social media strategy that highlights designers, showcases our content, and converts our social audience to become part of the Dribbble community. The Specialist will join our fully remote team to execute a strategy that enthusiastically communicates directly with our diverse audience as the voice of Dribbble. Platforms include Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and beyond.

Skills and experience:
° Skilled in planning and executing a strategic social media plan
° Exceptional communication and writing skills
° Proven ability to elevate a brand’s social media presence
° Phenomenal attention to the voice, tone, and personality of the Dribbble brand
° An innate interest in highlighting the designer community in authentic, consistent, and unexpected ways
° Eagle eyed—from specific post times to grammar, nothing gets past you
° Friendly and professional demeanor that comes across in your communications
° The ability to juggle multiple priorities at once—proficient at working cross-functionally with other teams to keep projects moving forward
° Experience and interest in the design community

Responsibilities:
° Work with Communications team to implement a consistent and strategic social media ° plan to grow our social media presence
° Research, compose, schedule, and post on-brand social media content (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
° Develop, implement, and manage innovative ideas and explore new social channels to drive greater relevance, engagement, and growth of our social media communities
° Engage daily with the Dribbble community on social media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to bolster brand affinity and build community
° Manage our social media calendar, work collectively with key stakeholders including Comms Director, Content Manager, and Community Manager
° Lead ideation around and creation of social content that responds to new design trends, and relevant creative industry news
° Create monthly reporting with recommended areas for improved growth and engagement
° An innate interest in highlighting the designer community in authentic, consistent, and unexpected ways
° Maintain content standards, moderation, and escalation processes

Our ideal candidate
° 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business, coordinating the strategy, developing content, and growing an audience
° Passion for social media and proven experience that demonstrates strategic use of social platforms to connect with, engage, and inspire new audiences
° Well-versed in social media principles and platforms
° Knowledgeable about social media metrics, monitoring, and measurement tools
° Highly organized, with proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously
° Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
° Proactive and results-oriented
° Strong analytical skills
° Likes puppies
° Bachelor’s degree preferred
