| Server, Lodge Kohler Location: Green Bay, WI Opportunity Our LODGE KOHLER team leads an action-packed boutique hotel just yards from Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers. Specific responsibilities include: - Providing quality food and beverage service in accordance to standards
- Receiving guests’ food and beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques
- Ensuring appearance of food and beverages being served are within standards
- Following proper food and liquor handling procedures
- Maintaining complete working knowledge of restaurant layout, proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, guest check procedures, correct maintenance and use of all equipment, department and resort offerings, all company policies and procedures, and safety practices
This is a part-time position working weekdays & weekends. Shifts vary from 10:30am – 10:30pm. Skills/Requirements - Must maintain a working knowledge of department standards and policies
- Safe Serve Certification preferred
- Prior serving experience preferred
