Full-Time Senior Visual Designer

As a Visual Designer at Minded, you will help concept and design marketing campaigns and associated content across a variety of platforms on our paid and owned channels. The right candidate is committed to producing assets quickly, efficiently, and accurately, while keeping quality top of mind. They are highly skilled at graphic design and comfortable weighing in on photo and video direction (bonus points for experience creating this type of content yourself). A passion for beautiful creative work that drives action and generates tangible results is a must.
Day-to-day responsibilities include the creation of assets for social media and blog posts, building landing pages, developing display ads, and helping design experiments for a/b testing. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of projects from concept through completion.


    • Work closely with Marketing Team to maintain and enhance Minded’s brand with a focus on the development of digital marketing ads, social media graphics, email templates, and landing pages
    • Brainstorm, create, and transform ideas into compelling designs that will appear on social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok): social banners, social media post and story graphics, animations, motion graphics, illustration, iconography, and other creative assets that preserve and elevate the brand
    • Evolve early ideas and concepts from ideation to sketches and storyboards to viable design solutions for our customers
    • Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce our brand’s style and voice through its visual touchpoints
    • Help analyze the performance of creative assetsEnsure brand and design consistency across all media and assets

Who you are

    • 5+ years of visual design experience in a marketing setting (landing pages, emails, social media, website) for a consumer brand
    • Can scope and estimate efforts accurately and prioritize tasks and goals independently
    • Have the ability to translate business goals into innovative, meaningful, and differentiated digital, interactive, social, and viral brand experiencesUnderstand KPIs such as click-through rate, open rate, conversion rate, etc
    • Expertise with Figma
    • Experience using Webflow is a plus
    • Results driven, experienced individual that can reliably meet goals and tight deadlines with the ability to manage several projects at the same time
    • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are able to make compelling and clear design presentations
