This is an exciting opportunity in Nashville, TN for a HRTM America’s Super User. Cummins USA is where you can work on industry leading engineering projects such as New Product Development, Value Package Introduction and Systems Product Validation.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
• Leads human resource management systems activities for a moderately complex region.
• Serves as the functional application expert for one or more technology solutions and is the point of contact for users to support functional application information. Leads change control processes for the area of responsibility and is a key member of the regional implementation team for application upgrades, new or changing solutions, and new site integrations.
• Manages the configuration of human resource applications for business, country, or region-specific requirements in alignment with global design and application standards; supports new country implementations; may have responsibility for the human resource system administration for multiple countries.
• Resolves complex user questions, system issues, data errors, and data correction requests.
• Maintains human resources functional system set-ups for assigned technologies and regions such as regional value sets, key flex values, descriptive flex fields, and lookup tables.
• Evaluates requested system changes and impact of changes to the entire system, and manages the testing and implementation of the human resource system patches and enhancements.
• Leads human resource systems user training and report writing training.
Partners with process owners and other stakeholders to document business processes; manages change documentation and work instructions, and documents issue resolutions.
• Provides human resource systems reporting support for end users.
• Acts as a regional subject matter expert; coaches and mentors less experienced application administrators.
• Participates as a key member of the Global Change Control Board and the global reporting team focused on delivering functional reporting requirements, report testing, and report delivery.
Skills
Human Resources Information Systems Administration – Experienced with application configuration, interface design, self-services technologies and data system proficiency. Able to lead the design, development, documentation and testing of business processes within Human Resources applications.

Business Process Design – Understands applicable business systems and requirements to formulate and define stand-alone business processes based on user needs.

Business Solutions Analysis – Knows how to conduct business solution analysis and define systems based on findings.

Communication – Is able to effectively and clearly communicate in both written and verbal means.

Finance Internal Controls – Understands the importance of finance internal controls, capable of identifying, evaluating and documenting internal controls. Understands the underlying principles, techniques, and procedures of this skill.

IT Change Management – In depth understanding of Change Management policies as they apply to human resources information systems. Experienced in developing, maintaining, or managing procedures to implement those policies.

Payroll Administration – Possesses and can apply the knowledge of the basic elements of payroll processing.

Project Management – Has a good understanding of and effectively applies project management techniques in low to moderately complex projects.

Project Scheduling – Has a basic understanding of how to conduct a work breakdown structure and develop task lists, dependencies, resource allocation, and Gantt charts for basic project schedules.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.

Experience
Intermediate level of relevant work experience (4 plus) required. Human resource information systems experience required.

• This role will support and maintain the eTime HRTM system for multiple America’s sites.
• HRTM Super User responsibilities will include annual maintenance of site configurations, wage tables, attendance policies, holiday profiles, configuration changes to existing configurations to meet new pay practice requirements or contracts, and configurations for new implementations.
• Special priority will be given to resolving site requests for assistance received through the remedy system. Timely and accurate resolution of Tier 2 remedy tickets with eTime.
• This role will assist in reporting demands through existing canned reports, creation of new quicknav’s, or partnering with ADP for new reports or interfaces. This role will be actively engaged in testing and evidence gathering during all eTime upgrades while partnering with ADP.
• This role will interact with site management, ADP, HR, Payroll, Onesource, HRIS resources, and HRTM Operation sAnalysts as necessary to resolve systems issues/problems.
• Pro-active and collaborative interaction cross-functionally and/or with multiple groups is required to identify problems and potential solutions.
• This role will require some travel. 25% travel every few months is the norm however it can reach up to 50% on very rare occasions.
• This position demands an ability to establish/maintain relationships, strong customer service, attention to detail and personal accountability.
• Other requirements include, excellent communication skills; written and oral, excellent interpersonal skills, team player, high sense of urgency and deadline driven, high level of integrity, commitment to continuous improvement, analytical and problem solving skills, must be extremely detail oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office tools; especially Excel, and time management skills; the ability to manage concurrent projects successfully
• Direction Received: Works well with peer group under general supervision and relies on experience and documented historical process to accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
• Responsibility for Direction of Others including assist in training of new Site Administrators, training HRTM Operations on new configurations and sites, and serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.
• Experience: Payroll and/or Time System Experience and ADP eTime/Kronos Workforce Configuration experience is preferred

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
