LOCATION: This job is fully remote eligible within the United States. If located in Jacksonville, FL, some onsite may be required.

JOB FAMILY DESCRIPTION

The Sr. .NET Software Developer – IAM will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and developing Identity Access Management products for Black Knight. Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design as well as performance monitoring.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Takes ownership of case escalations from the Client Services Support team and triaging them to determine if it is a SSO defect, ADFS configuration issue, working as designed or a training issue.
  • Provides .NET design and development of projects involving application development, migrations, and additions to existing applications.
  • Participates in project meetings with other technical staff, business owners and subject matter experts.
  • Reviews application in progress of development to ensure compliance with overall design parameters and corporate development standards.
  • May serve as technical lead, architect, project lead or principal developer.
  • May provide, or guide provision of technical support to applications currently in production.
  • May mentor or guide work of less experienced programming and development staff.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL GUIDELINES

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Experience working with development technologies such as C# .Net, MVC, SQL Server, TFS / Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, JavaScript
  • Experience with Single Sign On (SSO) desired
  • Strong experience with legacy and modern authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, Oauth, OIDC, NTLM, Kerberos, LDAP highly desired
  • Experience working with ADFS, Azure AD, Okta, Ping and IAM highly desired
  • Experience writing SOAP web services and WCF services desired
  • Experience building and supporting .NET applications
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop partnership-oriented relationships with business executives and functional leaders, especially as it relates to operations and technology
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with focus on timeliness, documentation, and communications with peers and business users alike
  • Experience with project management
  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels within Black Knight or outside the organization (executives, regulators, clients, etc.)
  • Results oriented, business focused, and successful at interfacing across multiple organizational units
