ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Agency Lead, you will be responsible and accountable for delivering the targeted digital and print revenue for your agency patch (Publicis and Goodstuff) from across Hearst portfolio.

 

It’s a diverse job with a number of external and internal stakeholders to influence whilst maximising all nature of revenue opportunities.  With the support of your Agency Lead, you’ll be expected to construct and deliver against a digital, print and business development sales strategy for your agency patch.  Within print, you will also be responsible for driving volume.

 

You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with all internal stakeholders as well as develop relationships with Investment, digital and planning teams at your agency.

You will cultivate Senior agency relationships to ensure Hearst are front-of-mind across both planning and buying teams.

 

ABOUT YOU

As the Agency Manager, you will work closely with colleagues in the agency hub to deliver revenue growth across agencies, whilst drawing on resource from other extended areas of the business. You will have proven knowledge and skills in driving digital revenues as well as success in driving print volume and share or yield. You will also have previously demonstrated Business Development success within agency planning teams.

As a key member in the team, you will have a collaborative attitude, with an ability to develop professional relationships both externally and internally whilst having excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
