We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Enterprise Account Executive – Food Service to join the US superstar team at Too Good To Go..

Your Mission

You will play a pivotal role in the growth of Too Good To Go US by using your experience in the food service sector to acquire and grow partnerships with some of the largest retailers in the food and beverage industry, focusing specifically on cafes, bakeries, fast food, sushi, and other On The Go food chains.


Your Role

Your primary responsibility is to win new key enterprise accounts by identifying and researching new opportunities, building rapport with stakeholders and ultimately signing their business up to a partnership with Too Good to Go. You will support these accounts through the onboarding and roll out process and continue to look for ways to strengthen and grow the relationship. Reporting to the Enterprise Sales Lead responsible for the Food Service Restaurants sector, you will collaborate with other Enterprise Accounts team members, as well as colleagues across marketing, independent sales, and partner success. You will be an outspoken leader on the team, setting the example on building strong, trust driven relationships with decision makers at enterprise accounts and helping your colleagues improve and make connections that you can facilitate.


The Sr. Enterprise Account Executive role will include:

  • You will be helping establish Too Good To Go as an essential part of major food businesses in the US. You will make connections with key stakeholders at food businesses and industry influencers to build a pipeline of major brands. You will be responsible for mapping key contacts, engaging with senior decision makers, and closing deals on time and target.
  • Alignment with businesses on Operations and CSR. Ensuring proper operational excellence that matches the needs of TGTG and the businesses you are selling to, and mapping our value to the sustainability goals of the companies we sell to.
  • Identifying new and innovative opportunities to improve existing accounts to help them save more meals. Inputting into the US strategy and assisting with international cooperation across global key chain opportunities.
  • Partnering with marketing on big splash engagements and partner marketing that brings interest and demand from B2B and B2C communities.



  • In depth knowledge of the food service sector and a deep network within the industry to call upon.
  • Experience with long sales cycle, enterprise selling. You should be able to navigate setting and holding timelines and ensuring there is clarity internally and externally on progress and hurdles throughout the sales process.
  • Exceptional communication skills: ability to influence key decision makers and C-suite as well as cater your communication to local and regional stakeholders to ensure on the ground understanding and execution.
  • Organizational skills: high attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently on tasks, escalating when needed.
  • Negotiation skills: ability to lead negotiations and create and deliver high impact pitches. Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to understand the key needs of our prospects’ businesses and how to leverage their needs and ours in tandem.
  • Creativity: ability to work cross functionally to develop strategies to win enterprise accounts and leverage marketing, pitching, network, and selling tools to get the right people in the room to make a decision.
  • You are a fast learner and can handle working in a busy environment handling multiple tasks.
  • You are independent, efficient and able to schedule your own time, while also being approachable and enjoy working with others on a growing team.
  • You work to help the team as a mentor and partner. Opening doors and making connections and helping the team improve their communication, pitch, objection handling, and more.
  • A true passion for sustainability and fighting food waste is a MUST.
  • This position requires employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless you are granted a medical or religious exemption.
