Full-Time Senior Demand Generation Manager

Does this sound like you?
You’re skilled in demand generation strategy and execution across paid media, website, and database marketing. You’ve managed agency relationships for PPC but are also comfortable doing the hands-on work of creating ad campaigns, landing pages, email marketing, and more. You understand that long-term marketing effectiveness requires a balanced diet across paid, earned, shared, and owned media.


You’ve got 5+ years in Marketing and have driven demand generation results before and can quote the data to prove it. You’re comfortable owning a pipeline number, you’ve got a couple ideas on how to improve conversion on this page, and you’re skilled in marketing automation (we use Pardot, but experience with Hubspot or Marketo counts). You may not be an ABM expert, but you can explain that it’s an approach, not just a toolset.


You collaborate well with Sales Development and Account Executive teams, teaming with them and sales leadership to drive the behaviors that make your campaigns successful, and working with Revenue Operations to ensure that our systems help us all succeed. And if you also have empathy for the creative and brand teams we serve – whether you’re a creative yourself or not – you might just be the Lythonian we are looking for!


What you’ll do here:

  • Work across the marketing mix and with Sales to hit pipeline targets.
  • Own a pipeline number and report regularly on progress towards that goal.
  • Manage paid media (LinkedIn, Google, and Bing at present; open to other channels) in conjunction with our agency. You’ll manage that agency relationship as well.
  • Work with and mentor our Campaign manager to drive results from database marketing, both transactional and and nurture.
  • Team up with other marketers – Product Marketing, Content & Creative, and others – on both sides of the Atlantic (we’re based in Raleigh, NC but have team members in Amsterdam as well as across several US time zones)
